• Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. 

• There is a 10 minute grace period.

• Clients arriving over 20 minutes late may be asked to cancel or reschedule their appointment and make a new deposit.

• Please arrive with clean eyelash extensions.

• Allergies/sensitivities to eyelash adhesives are rare but they can happen. We recommend patch test a week before your appointment. Noah Kavah is not liable for reactions due to our products and services.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

• ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE, unless you reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance. 

REFILL POLICY

• All refills must have 60% of eyelashes.

CORRECTION POLICY

• You have 48 hours to correct your eyelashes after application.
